AI product studio

Build the AI product your industry doesn't have yet.

Hubshaper co-builds AI products with established, profitable service businesses — the ones with real customers, real margin, and no way to build software for themselves. A working product in weeks, not a roadmap.

If we don't see a product worth building, we'll say so on the call.

The gap

Every industry has a product nobody built

The people who understand a vertical deeply — the operators with the customers, the data and twenty years of hard-won judgement — almost never have a product team. The people who can build software rarely understand the vertical well enough to know what's worth building.

So the obvious product stays unbuilt, and the industry keeps paying for workarounds. Hubshaper exists to close that gap: your domain, our product engineering, one thing shipped and sold.

Fit

Who this is for

A good fit if

  • You've been operating profitably for 3+ years with real customers.
  • You know your vertical better than any software company does.
  • You want to own a product, not commission a one-off build.
  • You can give a senior person's time to shaping it with us.

Not a fit if

  • You're pre-revenue or still searching for product-market fit.
  • You want an agency to deliver a fixed-scope project.
  • You're looking for investment rather than a build partner.
  • You want a partner to work for free in exchange for upside.

The process

How it works

01

Product thesis · 2 weeks

We sit with your operators and your data to find the one product your vertical would pay for.

You leave with a written thesis, a target buyer and a build/no-build call.

02

Build the first version · 8–12 weeks

We build and ship a real product into your business, used by your people daily.

You stay close as the domain owner; we own delivery, infrastructure and quality.

03

Sell it across the vertical · Ongoing

Hubshaper owns, runs and commercialises the product beyond your four walls.

You get founder pricing, exclusivity in your category for a defined window, and every improvement before the market does.

Commercials

The deal, plainly

Most studios hide their commercial model until the contract. Here's ours on the homepage.

You fund a fraction of the build. We carry the rest, and earn it back selling the product across your vertical.

You get

  • Founder pricing — a fraction of what this product costs the next business in your category.
  • Category exclusivity for a defined window, agreed in writing before you commit.
  • Every improvement reaches you before it reaches the market.

We get

  • Ownership of the product and the right to sell it elsewhere in your vertical.
  • Your domain expertise and your operators as the design partner.
  • A first customer who proves the thing actually works.

Why it works

  • We put our own money and team into every build, so we only start when we believe it sells.
  • Nobody is buying billable hours, so nobody optimises for them.
  • We only build what a whole industry will pay for, never a bespoke tool.

The team

Who's building it

The founders

Built by founders, for operators

Hubshaper is built by founders who've spent a decade in the middle of the build — starting and running their own companies, shaping products with early-stage startups, and doing the same work inside large corporates where the politics are harder than the code.

Years deep in the European tech ecosystem, and genuinely obsessed with what this generation of AI tooling now makes possible for businesses that were never going to get a product team. We started Hubshaper after watching too many excellent service businesses sit on an obvious product with no realistic route to building it.

You work directly with the people who build it. No account layer, no handoff.

AI-native delivery

How the work gets done

Hubshaper is built to be small and fast. AI is inside the delivery process, not bolted onto the pitch: research, prototyping, code, evaluation and support tooling all run through systems we've built and refined. That's why a partnership needs weeks rather than quarters to reach a usable product, and why the cost of trying something ambitious is low enough that we can afford to be honest when an idea isn't worth building.
